HR is a new fad….but the same old Personnel function

Hire , fire , retire , train , strain , retain …. what fun !

Process or production  … a thing for quantitative  brothers

Linear programming , PERT ..and  fundas many others …

but one thing to remind you…always about this:

is that real life is much diff. from any hypothesis..

Hottest selling cakes in the marketing confection

are the four Ps…Price , Product , Place  and Promotion

In the modern mgt. jungle …rules apply …to a degree…

You are a winner…. only if you devise a great U S P !

So pull up your socks and be ready with your gun ….

as essentially Management is about licking the   competition !!!
